- These lists can function as an internal blacklist (e.g., known fraudulent individuals/entities) or a VIP watchlist for special monitoring within a domain.
- Restricted List content is private to your domain and is not shared with other Cynopsis clients.
- Entries can be activated or deactivated:
- Active entries are screened by Artemis.
- Inactive entries remain in the list but will not be flagged during screenings.

Notes
- Always use Get All Restricted Lists first to identify the target
orl_id. - Restricted Lists are domain-specific; changes will only apply to your domain.
- Keeping names inactive allows temporary suspension without losing historical data.
